Who are we ?

We are a motley group of programmers, UNIX system administrators, and Linux hackers who share a common vision; to provide the best possible Internet solution for you, especially if you are on a tight budget.

Realistically, there are no limits as to what we can do for your company; all of us are skilled in web page creation, maintenance and programming custom scripts either in Perl, C, or JavaScript. We will also author bespoke Java applets for you should you neither have the knowledge or the inclination to do so yourself.

Our sister company; Pentagram Design, has provided custom computer software and unique software solutions to unique problems for the past four years. As the demand for Internet-related software has risen slowly over the past two years; we have decided that the market is about to grow exponentially.

To this end, we decided to found spilsby.net to fill this niche while leaving Pentagram to carry on developing specialist non-Internet based software.

Why spilsby.net ?

Pentagram Design has been based in the town of Spilsby, Lincolnshire for the past four years; and we thought it to be a good idea to base our spin-off company around the idea of Spilsby's very own online presence.

We felt that the domain name 'spilsby.net' should really belong to the people of Spilsby but also considered that the name also suited our company as well; so we have developed the spilsby.net site in conjunction with Spilsby Online!

What makes us different ?

We actually know what we are talking about; the Internet can be a confusing place, especially for the first-time user and even more so for small businesses; the group which we believe would benefit the most from our expertise.

We aim to please...

Our technical support is second-to-none; with e-mail answered within a maximum of 24 hours (depending on time of day) and telephone support provided during normal office hours.

The support facilities are simply there for your peace of mind, we do not claim to provide a perfect service all of the time, but we always try to get things right first time; a claim that our existing customers will agree with!

Our reliability...

Both of our servers (primary and backup) have been implemented with quality hardware known to withstand heavy network loads and prolonged uptimes.

As Linux experts, we are confident that our servers can handle more than +8,000 hits/min; with our backup server transparently switching in when that limit is reached, therefore giving us a theoretical maximum of +16,000 hits/min with both servers...

All this over an OC5 line direct to the U.K. IP backbone! - what more could you ask for !?!
